Resilient channels are a popular and efficient low-cost method of reducing sound transmission in steel or wooden framed partitions. The Resilient Channel decouples the drywall from the structure, preventing sound from traveling through.

Standard RC1 resilient channels are manufactured with a 1-1/4” top flange, and a 1/2” nailing/screw attachment flange, giving the channel 1/2” furring height from the face of the wall stud. RC1 is produced from hot-dipped galvanized steel in standard G40 coating weight.

Resilient channels are cheaper than sound isolation clips. But the biggest disadvantage of using resilient channels is that the installation can be unsuccessful in most of the cases. The wrong installation can lead to acoustical short-circuit if the wall studs come in touch with the screws.

Features 1. Forming roller transmitting system: Driven by AC motor on common shaft,
    individual reduction gear for each roll forming stand. All rollers are turning simultaneously.
2. Forming line speed: 70M per minute or 22-24 Pieces/minute for a 3 meters length product.
    Roll forming speed is adjustable.

    Cut-off blade is in material of SKD11, vacuum heat treatment,
